Native American Nations Volume Two ist ein Quellenbuch für die erste Edition von Shadowrun, das vier der NAN-Staaten beschreibt: Algonkian-Manitou Council, Athabaskan Council, Trans-Polar Aleut Nation und Tsimshian Nation. Es enthält zusätzlich das Abenteuer "Eye of the Eagle". Das Buch ist 1991 nur in englischer Sprache erschienen, die Beschreibung des Settings für die vier NAN-Staaten wurde jedoch im deutsch-sprachigen Nordamerika-Quellenbuch von FanPro nachgedruckt.
In französisch-sprachiger Übersetzung erschien das gesamte Buch zusammen mit dem Quellenbuch-Teil von "Native American Nations Volume One" unter dem Titel "Les Nations des Américains d'Origine".
Catalyst Games Lab veröffentlichte am 11. März 2015 eine eBook-Ausgabe des englischen Originals im Pdf-Format mit Wasserzeichen (Scan des englischen Print-Produkts).

Im August 2023 wurde im Rahmen der Holostreets-Produktreihe das "Eye of the Eagle (Native American Nations, Vol 2) [6E Update]" als eBook im Pdf-Format mit Wasserzeichen veröffentlicht. The radicals behind it are willing to die for their cause. Their tools are the weapons of terror: violence, fear, chaos, and an ultimate weapon, something so dark and terrible it should have been left buried.

Native American Nations: Volume Two contains an adventure and source material for Shadowrun. The adventure, Eye of the Eagle, uses material found in the sourcebook section, which provides details on the Algonkian-Manitoo Council, the Athabascan Council, the Trans-Polar Aleut Nation, and the Tsimshian Nation.
